Abalone steamed with Ozeki Sake, weighs approximately 500g raw

A beloved Japanese dish dating back to the Edo period (over 450 years ago).
Ingredients are grilled in a shallow iron pot with Goku’s signature Sukiyaki Sauce.
Traditionally enjoyed by dipping into a beaten Raw Egg (optional).

Tip: To preserve the delicate flavor, avoid over-boiling—add more sauce when it starts to bubble or gives off a sweet, burnt aroma.

A classic Japanese hot pot dish with a long-standing tradition.
Ingredients are simmered in a divided pot featuring two house-made broths: a light, citrus Yuzu Dashi (citrus, fish flakes & kelp), and a savory blend of Torigara & Tonkotsu (chicken & pork bone) broth on the other. Served with Gomadare (creamy sesame), Ponzu (citrus vinaigrette), and Garlic Chilli sauce dipping sauces

Tip: Sip the broth after cooking your ingredients to experience its deepened, savory flavor.
