We are taking all reservations online to prevent No- Show customers.


All reservations require a valid credit card to secure your booking. 

No deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Credit card details are only used in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.


If you are unable to attend your reservation, guests must cancel or modify their booking at least 30 minutes prior to the reservation time.

• Cancellations or changes made more than 30 minutes before your booking time will not incur any charge.

• Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the reservation time, reduction in guest numbers, late arrivals, or no-shows will incur a charge of NZD $30 per person.


Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the original reservation time. If your party has not arrived or contacted us within this time, the reservation may be released and treated as a no-show.


To accommodate all guests, tables are allocated approximately 1.5 hours from the reservation time. Extensions may not be possible during peak service periods. 


We allow 1.5 hours of dining time from your original booking time as your table will have another booking potentially.


We have wheelchair access as we are located on the first floor. However, please inform us if you and your guests need wheelchair access for us to deliver better assistance.


While we always try to accommodate seating preferences (such as window seating or counter seating), specific table locations cannot be guaranteed.


Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles seafood, soy, gluten, shellfish, and other allergens. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.


If online reservations appear fully booked, availability may still arise due to cancellations. Please contact the restaurant directly to check availability 03-442-9854.

Credit Card Policy

Our reservation platform is operated by ResDiary guarantees to maintain the privacy of the data provided through the use of STRIPE which performs this function by applying the highest safety standards worldwide.
