Shabu Shabu is an authentic Japanese dish of nabemono hotpot with thinly sliced meat and vegetables. At Goku we serve our delicious house-made Dashi broth at your table, on a personal stove, with your choice of ingredients to add and enjoy, and house-made dipping sauces.
