We are taking all reservations online to prevent No- Show customers.
We are a small-medium restaurant with 14 tables. Please be kind and considerate enough to inform us of any change or cancellation of your reservation.
Late Arrivals – we hold any reservation for 15 mins from your original reservation time. If your party has not arrived or called within 15 minutes after your reservation time, our restaurant reserves the right to mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation.
We don’t take table requests as we try our best to accommodate as many guests as possible. (eg, bar table, window seats)
We don’t provide customer parking, please allow yourself plenty of time to find a parking space in town, especially during the peak season.
We allow 2 hours of dining time from your original booking time as your table will have another booking potentially.
We have wheelchair access as we are located on the first floor. However, please inform us if you and your guests need wheelchair access for us to deliver better assistance.
If your booking includes Younger Guests ( under 5 years old), please dine before 19:30 and please inform us in advance if you will take a pram with you as our restaurant has limited space, especially in the peak season.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance for you and your guests so we can assist in making a suitable alternative. For customers with serious allergies, please note that food contamination can’t be avoided as it is not possible to separate our kitchen.
For same-day reservations, if online bookings are full, there may still be spaces available due to cancellations or no-shows, please call 03-442-9854

All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card to confirm your booking. No deposit will be charged to your card but should you need to cancel or reduce the numbers in your party the below process must be followed:

If there are extenuating circumstances that have prevented you from contacting the restaurant to notify us of cancellation or changes please contact us at bookings@goku.co.nz to discuss.
